Faith In Action – 2023 In Review
Back in Person!
Because of your faithful support, we were able to have 3 representatives back in DRC again this year! It is always such a blessing to be face to face with our partners and to be able to minister to the people directly!
The team was able to continue teacher training with the teachers at the Mheed school in Kimwenza. The children themselves participated in a basketball camp put on by two members of our team and the gospel was shared throughout!
The team also contributed to a leadership training for up and coming entrepreneurs while in country.
Joyce Medical Center
After providing the Joyce Medical Center with the amazing blessing of clean, running water in 2022, with the help of doners like you, we were able to continue to support this amazing ministry partner in big ways again in 2023. We were able to be a part of the installation of a restroom for the facility which uses the water supplied last year! The center also received a new microscope and some matteresses through our partnership to assist in the care of their patients.
The center continues to thrive providing much needed care for children and mothers around Maluku, DR Congo.
Please pray for the many women and children that pass through this facility every day and the many doctors and nurse who administer the care to them.
Delphin’s Story – Continued
Our team was able to visit Delphin and his family during our 2023 trip. It was a great time of reflecting on all that God has done through this amazing boy! After hearing the gospel, Delphin’s family was lead to the lord! Although the tragic loss of his mother this year has been very difficult, the family has rallied around one another with the hope of Jesus Christ as their strength!
